Via SFTP

With data security being a top priority, seeking the most secure ways to share files and data is vital. Exporting data to an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) is a reliable and safe option to transfer sensitive information. SFTP allows you to transfer files over a secure connection, protecting them from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

NotifyVisitors allows you to export data to an SFTP server by setting up secure access for authorized users, preparing the data, and transferring it via a secure and encrypted connection. This guide will lead you through the step-by-step process of quickly and securely exporting your data to an SFTP server.

Adding SFTP Key

To add the SFTP key, go to the "Setting" in the dashboard section and click on the "Integration" tab under Partners. There, you will find the "Add SFTP Key" button.

After clicking the “Add SFTP key” button, an SFTP configuration window will appear.

At first we have the “Configuration Type” option. Simply click on this dropdown and choose the “Export” option. Provide your SFTP credentials, including hostname, username, password, port number, and remote directory. Now click the save button.

Note: You can only add one SFTP key for import, but for exporting multiple keys can be added.

Once your SFTP key is added, proceed to export data.
